Conveniently located near Highway 27, and The I4, we are also near to Champions Gate, 5 minutes away. We are close to all major theme parks, and attractions, plus shopping, where there is a Publix, and on Highway 27, a Wal-Mart, Wendy’s, McDonalds etc. The villa has all modern conveniences, including cable TV and VC / DVD Player. The swimming pool varies in depth from 2.5ft to 7ft, and has a fully meshed screen all round the pool area. Both the pool and the patio area can be illuminated on an evening. |

You will also find this unit to be an extraordinary value. This roomy condominium offers a large living room with two extremely comfortable futons and plenty of seating. There is also a large "separate" bedroom with a king size bed and a second TV for children or other guests (so you're not all in one big room). You will truly enjoy the view from your private, oceanfront balcony as you watch the dolphin playing in the early morning sunrise! Take a drive or stroll down the "World's Most Famous Beach," or go anywhere for a dollar with public transportation at your doorstep. There is so much to see and do in Daytona Beach! And remember, Mickey and all his glory is just an hour away. If you are tired from a long day of sightseeing, enjoy a Polynesian luau with live entertainment, music, and dancing at the new tropical restaurant and lounge.
