250 Feet Of Sandy Beach
Located in the heart of Amish country, Snug Haven Lakeside Resort in Harrison, Michigan, offers a total of five fully-furnished two-, three-, and four-bedroom waterfront cottages in a quiet, private setting on beautiful all-sports Budd Lake. Cottage rates are discounted during the Spring and Fall (prior to June 22 and after September 3 this year). We also offer multiple week and senior (60+) discounts during the off-peak season. Our newest cottage, the Nest, is scooter and wheelchair accessible. The resort includes 250 feet of sandy beach. Our swimming area is enclosed by our "C" dock, making it a secure play area for the kids. Beach amenities include a water slide, firepit, sand volleyball court, and playground. For the angler, Budd Lake is noted for excellent muskie, perch and walleye fishing. Many varieties of bass and pan fish are also waiting to be caught. Several types of non powered watercraft are available for guest use (e.g., paddlewheel boat, rowboats, kayaks), and pontoon rentals are also available for guests only. We are close to several excellent golf courses as well as the Soaring Eagle Casino, and our central location makes an ideal starting point for most popular Northern Michigan day trip destinations. |

Doll's Resort is a small, but clean and quiet, resort/motel located in Northern Michigan, five miles south of Mackinaw City and the Mackinac Bridge, in the village of Carp Lake. Lodging accommodations for your travel, fishing and vacation plans in the Straits area range from one and two bedroom overnights, to two room kitchenettes and three room efficiency apartments. Paradise Lake itself is 1900 acres and is know for fishing. It is also a fine swimming lake since it is shallow in front of our resort. This makes it ideal for children. |
